We always ring flying club rather than look online as for some reason we can never see anything.

This is not going to be good for my nerves

My dummy booking has just dropped by £960.00

I am charting it to find out if there is a pattern to when they lower there prices or if I just have to book when its a price I am happy with.

Last week it was £5510.94, today £4550.00

Will I be able to hold my nerve? Last week I was ok with that price (considering PE with Tui cost us £3k). Now I'm not so sure.

I think I'll buy some Kalms when the time comes

If its a price you are happy with then book it and don't look again. £1500pp is decent for business class flights.

The main problem with Virgin is that they only have 14 seats in their UC cabin, which means that revenue management can control the prices, with the fares being broken down into Z/I/D/C/J categories. So 14 seats, 5 fare categories, on top of those very difficult to find G seats for miles redemptions. Finding cheap(ish) UC seats is becoming a real challenge nowadays.
