Disney Magic Band

Hi all,

So I have now linked my hotel reservation, to MDE, and noticed that there is an option to customise our magic bands.

When I go into the menu to customise, it is bringing up an address in Texas!? Has this happened to anyone else before? Am I able to change this? (I have tried putting in the address of my hotel, but it wont let me, and of course it will not allow a UK address).

What is the next step, to be able to customise? Calling the WDW number?

(my hotel booking was made with Expedia, so could this be the reason why I am unable to customise?)

I had no problem with the address, but my telephone number was invalid so I ended up putting my resorts number in. Since you pick up your bands from the resort can you put that address in?

you found the answer yourself, you've booked with a Third Party

so they place the reservation in your name, but the adress is theirs.

you NEED to change that adress and input your UK adress instead. It definitely works. If it doesn't then you might need to give a call to Disney IT.

that's no issue, that's just the way it is with third party bookings. And you will be able to customize your MBs once the adress issue is sorted.

They only mail the bands out to US residents so change it to your UK address and they will be waiting for you at the check in desk at your resort.
