Strange that with all the disagreements about OP’s opinion, and it is just her opinion, she seems to be the only one that has actually been there.

No, as I say it is aimed at the younger kids that's all. I am looking forward to visiting the land and my little girl is excited at the look of it (from watching Tim Tracker video and other bloggers). So when I seen your negative view (although your opinion) I just thought I'd point out it is aimed to please the younger generation, not us older people. I am not trying to offend you, even though you seem to be taking it that way, honestly I'm not! In fact I appreciate your view on the shade issue there as it has made me think I will try to getvfast passes for the night time
I am a positive person so how about this - any positives at all to Toy Story Land? Edited at 11:32 PM. |

We were disappointed too definitely for younger kids my teens totally underwhelmed which is not surprising but I agree shops shade and water feature/playground would be great wouldn't be rushing back or going just to see it

Toy Story Mania is awesome and part of that land
You can see Star Wars from there and it looks impressive The ASS ride is pretty awuful but short. You could be stuck on it for 5 minutes, but lucky its much shorter Exit is easy to find I will report after slinky tomorrow. I am sorry to disappoint but we really didn't like it. It was so heavily promoted by Disney. I hope we like slinky better Even all waiting areas are out. Including TSM. What were they thinking? How will you keep 4 year old happy for one hour or more in the heat!

We were in the new area yesterday and not impressed, we done TSM and commented that it must be the only ride that doesn’t exit into a shop...
Got a FP for slinky for the morning of July 4th |

I actually enjoyed Alien Spinning Saucers, and do did kids who are in their late teens
. Was very warm today in parks with “feel like” temps of 41 DegC showing on weather app. Green soldier parades were pretty good too, seemed to be plenty going on in addition to the rides. . |

My youngest is just turned 5 so I am hoping he will love the new area. I am very disappointed and worried about the lack of shade and lack of shops! Surely they could have made a fortune in selling toy story stuff lol
A water area would have been great too. We are not good in direct sunlight, we won’t queue if it’s in the sun. The sun zaps my daughters insulin and I fry like toast! Thank you for the warning for lack of shade, at least we can plan/anticipate for that now. Let us know what you think of slinky x x |
