Mobile Have to ask this, regarding butterbear

Hi everyone, I have to ask why universal do this and hopefully someone can answer why they always say no and refuse point blank.

We love butterbeer and ordered it on 3 seperate occasions this year because we love the creamy topping and each time I asked if they could give me a bit more cream on the top because it's the best bit, they refused to give me a tiny bit extra and wouldn't budge.

Why is this and why are they refusing because I didn't ask for alot, just a mini top up?

Does it cost alot of money or are they just being a pain?

Surely us, the guests who pay alot of money should be able to ask for a drink how we like it and I would have liked to have thought that they should respect that and want to please us as guests, not upset us?

So does anyone know why they refuse and do I have a right to complain to universal?

Thanks everyone!

Seriously?
Would a tiny bit extra make all the difference to you?

Yes it would, hence the reason for the thread being posted.

I find the taste of the bottom bit a bit too much after drinking half and end up throwing it away, because it doesn't taste very nice on its own.

Doesn't anyone else finds the cream runs out before the bottom?

I have heard about this on a podcast. They are really strict about the recipe, has to be exactly the same every time.

As a matter of interest, does anyone know if a recipe has been leaked at some point?

I would have liked to have thought that at some point someone probably has accidentally done it in purpose! He he

Sorry to keep posting, but just been doing some reading/research on Universal's page and noticed they sell warm butterbeer, fudge and a creamy dessert.

Can anyone please tell me why I couldn't find these other 3 here as only just come home?

Could only find the cold, frozen and ice-cream, no dessert, warm or fudge?

Am I missing a trick?

Not sure about the other two but you can buy small slices of the fudge in any of the sweet shops in Harry Potter world (both universal parks). I didn't think much of of it to be honest, but others on here like it.

I read somewhere that they only sell warm butterbeer in the winter. Why are you so mad about all this? It's only a drink.

It will have been costed with a particular recipe and if they have everybody 'a bit extra' it would add up to 'a lot' extra.
It's a drink you order as it comes, not how you like it. It can't bother you that much if you still ordered it 3 times!
