Never done it myself, but for MK could you park at DS and get the bus to the Contemporary - a couple of minutes walk and your in the park. Also for Epcot/DS could you get a bus to Beach Club and walk? It’s too much faff for us, but I guess could be done?

It certainly can be done but as I said a couple of posts ago buses don't start running from DS to the resorts until late morning.

If saving $25 is so crucial to lose a few hours in the park.

That's not likely to happen! We usually do shopping on part days when we are taking a break from the parks. There is no way my DW and DD will ever be up at opening time!

To be honest, with teh £ so low I don't think you really get any bargains anyway so its not something I will particularly miss.

Is this charge at all the malls or only the Premium Outlets one by Little Lake Bryan?

Sunrise on Sunday 4th November is at 6.40 am and I'll lay odds that we will be in the spa with a coffee watching it.

I've said on here dozens of times that we've got better bargains at Macy's than we do at the Outlets. Get the overseas visitor's discount card and then ask for the extra bar code discount "under the counter".

Far from being an expert on shopping (unless it involves the numerous B&BW shops ) but I think it's only the two Premium Outlets at I-Drive and Vineland that have charging areas. Don't think the malls do yet

You could also park at DS and walk to SSR and use the buses to the parks. It's not for me but can understand why someone would do it.

Disney will eventually cotton to people using DS for parking their car for the parks. How they enforce it don't know but I bet they come up with something.

For the sake of $25 dollars is it really worth it though?

As was said earlier the buses don't start running until 11. If you go earlier via a hotel it takes time and if I remember the buses coming back from the parks to DS are not as frequent as others.

In the whole scheme of things is it really a big deal for the length of time you can spend in the parks, also in one day you can visit the other parks if you want.

Alternatively stay on site or if a regular visitor get an annual pass.

I just think if DS gets packed with those wanting to avoid paying to park at the parks Disney will do something to stop it especially if it affects those who only want to go to the Springs.

certainly will put me off going and spending my money there... its like charging at the outlet malls (i know part of it is still free)... i will just take my money elsewhere.
You may be correct, but,if the spaces are used by park guests to avoid charges, this will impact parking for DS to shop and eat!. Last July we wanted to park to go to dinner, and our only option was to Valet-all garages were full.Far too many people feel the need to "cheat" the system which in turn can impact others.I'm sure the Disney brains could find a way through this, lets wait and see! Well I hope they don't start charging for parking at DS. We don't do Disney every visit due to budget but do like to go to DS, don't think it will be worth it if they charge to park.

So are people only allowed to comment if they agree that what your friend does is a good idea then?!🤔
