Nothing outbound on PE. Stopped a few years ago.
A small bag coming back with the usual crap in it. I just use the toothbrush and toothpaste and ditch the rest.

That's not the amenity kit. All of Econ and PE get that plus a pillow.

You still get the socks and eye mask for sleeping... the quality leaves a lot to be desired ( return journey only)
Plus the supper skinny plastic pen! Edited at 08:17 AM. |

I walked through premium yesterday when flying home from JFK with virgin, they had the usual blanket/pillow/headphones and a small red bag on the seat, not sure what was in it though!

We got a little black pouch with a pen (weirdly super skinny as said above!), toothbrush and paste, eyemask and socks. The quality of all was for a single use only, yes even the socks!

Maybe it is to you. It's not how Virgin describe their amenity kit though. It's on their website it's a small pouch. This is how they describe it.
"On our night flights, you'll be given a Premium amenity kit in a smart wallet, containing all the essentials you’ll need for a great flight." It's usually a pen, socks, eye mask, toothbrush, toothpaste, ear plugs (sometimes) and an envelope to give your money to charity. Virgin don't consider blankets and pillows to be a part of the amenity kit, this is mainly because you are free to take the kit home with you, it is gift, the blanket, pillow and headsets are not and should be left on the plane. |

No need to get upset, Tom was just explaining what the kit was, I’m sure he wasn’t having a pop at you. .
That’s a problem with the written word, it sometimes reads different to one than another The kits really aren’t worth it. The toothbrush and toothpaste was all I ever used |
