This each thing happened to me in 2014 but we came back to a bl for £407! Omg we managed to somehow log onto the Alamo site and view the receipt and it stated it was an upgrade charge. We didn't get an upgrade yet we didn't think to check the receipt either when we took back the car and subsequently lost it. We won't make that mistake again! I emailed Alamo and also virgin holidays who we booked through and we got the money back within 10 days. Check your receipts people

I prepaid for a full tank on a Tahoe with Alamo back in April and it was just under $50.
