Two teenage daughters and me - August 2013

After watching Wishes on the live feed last night, I realised I was chancing it with only staying at MK til late on the one night.
So today I have switched a few things around on my plan so that I'm now in MK til Wishes on two days
Original plan saw us at MK for most of a day then to DTD in the evening.
Have now planned DTD onto the end of our AK day as they close at 7 anyway, but we'll leave not long after the parade - as soon as we've done all the rides/shows.

Because of this, I also added an adr for the plaza on the first of the Disney days as we were planning on eating at WPExpress at DTD Marketpace, which will now be after AK a couple of days later



And - in ten weeks today we should be on the plane - due to fly at 12.15

Day 0 - Dad driving us to hotel at Heathrow to save him getting up at silly oclock to drive in the morning
Day 1 - Fly from Heathrow, via Philadelphia, staying at Ramada Plaza near Wet n Wild
Day 2 - IOA
Day 3 - Wet n Wild & Shopping
Day 4 - MK, Breakfast at CP booked, Plaza booked for dinner
Day 5 - Seaworld
Day 6 - AK, breakfast at TH booked. DTD
Day 7 - US
Day 8 - Epcot, Dinner booked at Garden Grill
Day 9 - DHS, Fantasmic dinner package H&V
Day 10 - Aquatica & SW
Day 11 - Discovery Cove
Day 12 - US/IOA
Day 13 - TL & Shopping
Day 14 - WnW & IDrive stuff
Day 15 - Epcot & BB
Day 16 - BG, Elmo lunch booked
Day 17 - MK, dinner booked at LTT
Day 18 - travel home at 3pm

It's now reading 6 days 13 hours ish - so that's practically half way through my countdown

I've enjoyed reading through your pre-trip report, you've got a pretty full schedule! We've got DD's of a similar age and with similar hobbies - mine gym/stunt cheerleading. We're still in Orlando when the GSCE results come out and have arranged for them to be emailed. Also DS will have his A levels emailed the week before! He's calmer about it, DD is freaking out already and she's still got exams to take. Unlike your DD, mine would rather not collect hers from the school with her friends and is quite happy to be half the world away!

I love photos and the ones you posted were lovely.

I've never been to Discovery Cove before and am really excited to go. It will be a wonderful way to remember your wedding anniversary.

I hope your DS & DD do well
Lots of Rachel's friends are going to different places for a levels/college whatever - so their results day will be the last time she sees some of them. They're seeing results as a social event I think. She's just got 4 exams left now - and two of those are Maths (yuk lol)

I can't wait for DC, I really should've gone in 2008 and regretted it ever since - This was the perfect occasion xx
