Universal annual pass - communication
Evening
We signed up online at the start of August for our APs with Universal and when we sign in it is there as a purchase but says ‘processing’ - does anyone know what this means? Is it going to be processing until we pick them up on our first day? Having a little panic in the last week before we go! We have never received any email comms from them about our purchase so feels strange. |

Did you get billed on you card ?
If so , don't worry. If not, then you can buy them at the same price when you go to pick them up, if they were not processed, so don't worry. |
