It is just acclimatising us, that is how I'm looking at it. We have friends who are going the same time as us and they are already saying how hot it is here and it surely can't be like this in Florida...they have no idea!
 The big difference is there is no air con here apart from my car!

We put the fan in the hall last night blowing cool air from the bathroom. It did help but would love a/c.

I hate heat. We have no garden, a stifling 2nd floor flat and nowhere to go. Currently at MILs and haven’t slept all week, the nights are so stifling.

I'm melting but have been all day, we are tipped to get storms in night but looking at temperatures next few days it's not going to cool down, my daughters youth club did a big organised water fight on park tonight that cooled em down a bit... I was so wanting to join in but I was about 35 years too old 🤣... We've two fans in bedroom tonight it didn't help much last night so doubt it will tonight
