Hi
Were you on the ship? I'm a medic in Gibraltar and attended the incident as well as the injured worker. I've never seen a ship move so quickly. The fire was extinguished 05.00 am the next day without any other injuries. I found out this morning that the injured worker at the scene unfortunately died. Hope no one else on the ship was hurt.

2 were left behind as the ship had to move quickly. They were taken care of tho and boarded the ship at the next port

I did wonder as we saw them all walking back to the ship about 1/2 hour earlier.

I can imagine it would be quite a shock seeing the ship leave without you, after hearing a big bang and not knowing what was going on!

Imagine if you had left your child onboard under the care of a kids club and you weren't on the ship when it sailed. Makes you think...
