Hi

Apologies for dumb question. If my use year is Aug.

I have 150 points use year Aug 2021. Does this mean they need used by Aug 2022?

End of July 2022. They're allocated to you each year on the 1st August.

Aw thanks I thought that. I unfortunately bought points in 2020 just before the pandemic. So was just making sure I understood the use year.

If it helps I always write them like this '20-'21, '21-'22 ...

Yes. Used between 8/1/21 and 8/1/22. You can also bank them by March 31st, 2022 and then use them between August 1st, 2022 and August 1st, 2023.
