SSR ...is a Preferred really worth the extra points?

Don’t bank on getting a good view staying at preferred

Mr tomorrow will vouch for this with the view we always get which is the bus stop at Congress park

Would take any view at the moment to get 🤔😞

I find the grandstand a nice walk to the West side if Disney springs

We prefer grandstand as my tight Scottish husband searches for lost golf balls daily and never has to buy any when we’re there! Love the fact we can easily get a sun bed at the pool even in the afternoon too. In fact I just love everything about it! So no preferred for us.

We had stayed preferred but wouldn’t again.

Our preferred locations are Paddock or Grandstand.

Last time we stayed in CP, we ended up with the bottom far left corner room, with a great view of the bushes, I think if I stood on a chair I might have been able to see DS

Our homes is SSR and we like to stay in preferred as we often walk ‘off property’ and it’s a little closer from there. It’s ver much personal choice but we like it mostly for that reason.
Over the years I think we’ve stayed in most of the areas and have enjoyed all of them, but then that’s why we brought DVC in SSR….

We had previously booked two night over the birthday preferred pre cruise, as no standard were left even at 11 months . Then we then moved the crusie. Strangely enough we will now be cruising the staycation cruise before this trip. We then booked our other home resort Kidani for 7 nights post cruise.
When we moved the cruise we could still easily get standard for the seven nights , which we did to save points, in the cruise gap. We prefer Paddock and standard so now will probably have to move after the first two nights at the same resort. We don’t mind the one move but would have preferred not to have two.
