Where to see the fireworks
Hi!
Can anyone please tell me where the best place to watch fireworks is but where someone who can't stand for long can see? Are there any dining packages beside california grill where you are actually in the park and can see the castle? I am interested in happily ever after and epcot forever. |

We did the Frozen Dessert Party at Epcot. No idea if it’s back but it would be ideal. Great view, seating beside the lake and no need to arrive early (unless you want to to take advantage of the food and drink). It was expensive but I thought it was worth it given how long people camp out for a spot and how much I hate crowds.
For HEA we just stood at the hub. Very uncomfortable and lots of pushing and dirty looks. |

I can’t comment on Epcot fireworks but my friend and I love to watch the Magic Kingdom Fireworks from across the lake on the pier of the Grand Floridian near Narcossee restaurant/ boat dock area.
There are some benches at the end of the little pier and they pipe the music into that area. Once finished we hop on a boat back to Magic Kingdom. I know you don’t see the projections but to us, it’s so much quieter and hardly any people viewing the fireworks in that area that it feels a bit more special. |

I know pre covid times you could hire a boat. Not sure on the cost though. We were planning to do ferrytale wishes (if/when it returns) but not sure how good the view is of the projections

If you go for the boat/ beach options you would miss out on the projections.
If they can't stand long, would they qualify for a das pass which would reduce waiting time? |

We’re hoping to do the HEA dessert party. We can all stand okay but don’t really want to and my mother and mil (in their 70s) will be with us so can’t see them standing for long.
There’s a before the fireworks and after the fireworks where you get your food/drinks and can see the fireworks from Tomorrow land terrace. Hope this helps |

Grand Floridian outside Gaspirilla. They have a seating area there (may need to arrive about an hour before), but you can get something to eat from Gasparilla (it's a QS). They pipe the music in too so it's exactly the same as being at the park but with much fewer people.

I did this on my last trip and would thoroughly recommend. Even in the garden viewing area, everyone stayed seated throughout. So relaxing compared to everyone crammed into the hub.
Next time I may even do the one where you stay at the terrace the entire time although the garden view is slightly better since it's directly in front of the castle. But if you're more interested in the fireworks than the entire show, I'd agree with the Grand Floridian viewing area suggestions. Edited at 12:30 PM. |

I think you can watch them from the Polynesian beach as well, we tried inn2018, but it started to rain like I’ve never seen and we had to take refuge in the hotel bar lol
