I went in November 2019 for a day. We managed 27 attractions in that time and didn’t stay the whole day due to my son having to get back to his room to study (he is a student there). However due to the demonstrations there at that time, it was a lot quieter than usual!

If you look at my HK trip report you will see what we did! From memory the food was reasonably priced but quite a few of the restaurants were closed due to low numbers!

I would certainly go but for us a day was enough - but we are not the biggest Disney fans. Plus there is plenty of other things to do in HK!

We went in 2018 and stayed onsite in the Disneyland Hotel which was beautiful, a bit like the Grand Floridian. I think two days is comfortably enough for the parks.

We stayed club level and ate quite a few meals in the lounge and we also ate at the Chinese restaurant in the hotel and from my photos we seem to have eaten at least once in the parks. I have no recollection of prices.
