I had my indirects MAN-DUB-MCO cancelled in November last year. I had ignored them since, aside from occasionally checking the availability of alternates.
After an hour and a bit wait this morning failing to get through, then an only mildly productive dialogue with the social media team. I managed to get through and sorted. I have to go the day after my landmark birthday...but I can cope if that's the case.

Now it's a case of hoping the borders open and quarantine is not required, as that is the deal breaker for us.

Here's hoping Thorpy - may you enjoy a post birthday holiday We're aiming for Oct end for our winter trip, but we'll take anything up to Feb of 2022, luckily quarantining isn't an issue for us, especially as, bar hospital/chemo appts, I've been shielding for a lifetime... oh ok, not a lifetime but boy it fells that way

Take good care Thorpy, best to you

Thanks, same to you. I'm half expecting to have to cancel it, but if that's the case, so be it. Our eldest Daughter starts GCSE's this year so it's probably going to be a postponement to next August... which will be 2 missed years.

Sorry to drag up this old thread. Just called Aer Lingus as we are due to fly MAN-DUB-MCO on 14th August so wanted to see what the situation was with Stobart going in to administration. Initially they had said we'd been moved to an Aer Lingus operated flight from MAN-DUB at 8am but then she noticed that the DUB-MCO flight had been cancelled. We've now been moved to a direct MAN-MCO on the same date. More of a heads up for people who are on the same/similar flight.

Appreciate the update, thanks.

I think I should call them again, although our booked flights were still showing on their site.

Was it at no extra cost or did they charge you. I got mine for no extra !
If we get to go , having been booked via DUB, to then be direct at the same price is a win !

It’s way too risky to me to go indirect at the mo so I made sure I was on the direct MAN to MCO.
