Distressed Points from 2019
Back when I booked our November vacation I couldn't use the carried over 2019 points which were showing in my account. I rang member services at the time who said to ring back in June to get the points shuffled around. Just checked my account and those points have vanished (due to expiry I expect), and I must admit I'm a bit worried that they won't restore them. Anyone had their points moved yet?

They said it would be around the 1st week in June before my 2019 points were showing so just waiting for them to show, if I don't see them By next week I will be ringing them.

I’m waiting too. Had a moment then when I couldn’t see my 2020 points on my dashboard and thought they had been moved but not added to next year yet.

As mentioned above told the points would disappear but would re-appear after the first week in June so keep looking. Kept the email just in case they do not show up as proof of the fact.

I was on my account today and chat popped up. I asked about the points and they confirmed it would happen this week or next but it was taking time as it's humans that are moving the points.

Yes... I just checked with Chat and they have not got to my request yet either (June use year) I am waiting to book using these points so hope its soon
