Points help please.
We had to cancel our welcome home booking for July yesterday 😞 my points have been returned to Dec 2020 use year - can you let me know when these have to be used by please?
I find the use year confusing. Thank you x |

You can use them by 30th Nov 2021 or you have until 31st July to bank them into Dec '21 use year which will extend them to 30th Nov 2022.
