Volcano Bay - tips for first timer

As everyone said, do Krakatua first. We have been there for 10am entrance, my wife never fusses about the rides so we dump all our stuff with her at the beach and head to the rides. We visited a couple of times in Oct 2018 as had the Uni 14 day tickets. The first visit we had was actually quite quiet early morning, we got on Krakatua 3 times in a row with minimial/5 min queues.

From there I would head over the two slides in the far back corner of the park. If need be tap into one and go queue for the other. Sometimes they are both walk on early morning.

We then headed round the back in an anti-clockwise and had all the rides done by midday bar the drop slides. We went on a couple of them 2-3 times as the only delays were how long it took you to get back to top again.

As with the above, good advice.

Look at a map in advance.
Get in as it opens.
Go for the back area.
Go for the water coaster first.

It really is a great fun park with plenty to do.
