Like others have said the standby for Smuggler is likely to inc with a fast pass line operating- so its probably much of a muchness. Which one will you be more disappointing to miss? Smugglers run has a simple rider line so maybe Slinky. Smuggler run has a single rider line so maybe Slinky if single rider is okay. Definitely get Toy Story mania- long queue usually. I'd prob get ASS as its a slow loader and with Star Tours now no longer being alone in tier 2 I suspect you'll mange it without a fastpass or get a 4th on the day. It also has a much larger hourly capacity.

We would 100% pick Slinky as our tier 1, and Toy Story Mania & TOT as tier 2.

Would only do Star Wars rides if the queues were 30 mins or less, in October we got on Smugglers Run in 25 mins. It’s not amazing so wouldn’t waste a fast pass on it.

Of course, it depends on which ride you want to go on. There's no point in booking SDD if it doesn't interest you or if you'd prefer to go on SR.

As for the others, based purely on average wait times, I'd select Toy Story Mania and Alien Swirling Saucers.
I agree, last month we rode Smuggler run twice near the end of the days, waiting no more than 20 minutes - 1 of those days was the 5th when ROTR opened & the park was heaving.

SDD wait time was always long (other than if done at rope drop).

Now, what I didn't factor in is the impact on the standby line of adding fastpasses to MF:SR. Adding fasptasses is going to make the wait in the standby queue longer. Part of the reason why SDD has a longer wait at the moment is because it has a fastpass line as well. So although currently MF:SR has a shorter standby wait than SDD, it might end up with a much longer standby wait after 19th February and my recommendation might change.

I would only choose Smugglers if the T1 was a guaranteed Pilot's seat the other 4 IMO aren't worth a wait & TBH I didn't see what all the hype was about, a less than thrilling Star Tours/Mission space hybrid... "Engineers press the flashing button now ... "

Same. I'd personally swap Alien Swirling Saucers for ToT but my kids would out-vote me 🤣

We thought Alien Saucers was such a poor ride; just a glorified but very jerky tea cups ride. We wouldn't bother with it again, either with FP or without.
