Advice needed - Ocean Florida

Sorry in advance if I’ve posted this in the wrong area..
2 years ago I booked a holiday to Orlando. 2 weeks on I Drive and then i added a week onsite at Disney as the dining plan became available for free.. thought it would benefit us as we have 3 children.
Anyway, cut to now.. we are due to travel on 30th Sept. Ocean Florida are telling me that our dining plan isn’t affected and we still have it. Ive been on my Disney app and I can see the dining has been removed. I have a balance of 3K to pay by 1st July. OF have offered to rebook for next year, but there is a price increase of roughly 1.5K. At this point we don’t want to go this year. We have 3 kids, 2 are young and the eldest has moderate learning problems and wouldn’t be able to cope with social distancing or wearing a mask.
For us, losing the dining plan is a major change.. I wouldn’t be able to save up for food in time.
Ive spoken to CAB who have said its classed as a significant change so we are entitled to a refund.. but OF are saying it isn’t as we didn’t pay for the dining.. but the free dining was the entire reason for us booking an on-site hotel. Any advice? X

Hi, we’re booked with OF too and my advice would be to keep pushing them. We are pushing them for a full refund at the moment too. They have used every delaying tactic possible and we’ve been really put off using them to be honest. PM me if you want some more info but I would mainly say just keep asking for the refund. I agree its a major change I would also want a refund-
