they should have built it in a warmer part of europe and maybe had a few holidays around europe and maybe they would have noticed how surly the french are and built it in spain or greece

That is biggest mistake Disney ever made - the weather accounts for so much! It would be twice as busy in autumn, winter and spring if it was Spain or Italy!
