Memory maker issue with mde app

Hi

Dumb first timers question! Tried to link memory maker to the app and it's saying my confirmation videos already connected to my husbands account. I don't get it as altho the booking is in his name it's my email address we used and the app we all have is logged in under that email address. Any ideas?
First day today and don't want to miss out! Thanks😊

You don't need to link or do anything with memory maker, it will activate as soon as you have your first picture taken by a photographer! As long as it's showing on MDE as part of your tickets you're good to go!
