There are actually a number of different small hunts - 5 or 6 from memory - with each one taking about 10-15 minutes. When you complete one you go back to the start location and they give you the next map

I can’t remember at what point you get the FP

I wouldn’t expect you would want to do it twice - it would likely be quicker just to queue at PoC - but I don’t suppose anything would stop you

The RFC cut through hasn't always worked for us. A couple of times the gate there has had a slightly delayed opening. Once it was because there was no cast member, the other was because the other side of the barrier is the cm drive that they walk down after doing openings. They walked so slowly down there and the cm wouldn't open the gate until the last cms had straggled through, by which time the gate had opened the other side and people were streaming in.

So perhaps at a busier time of day but not necessarily first opening ? I don't know. Other times it has felt like it worked.

Guess best bet is to try for yourself.

Re RPR parking. Yes, but HRH is closer 😉

2 - Universal Studios - park in Royal Pacific hotel, it’s costs $2 more but the walk to the park takes less than 10 minutes and there is no queue at all at bag check and security.
Isn't parking at the hotels on a "per night" basis so wouldn't this in theory give you 2 days of back-to-back parking? And it's been a while, but isn't it your room key that gains you access "out" of the car park?
