Do I book now or wait

I know this is a how long is a piece of string question but any advice appreciated.We are going this October for 12 nights to the Portofino and planning to upgrade to annual passes whilst there.Thinking of doing a cheeky week 2nd week of Easter hols flying on 23rd.Virgin have cabana bay at Ł2300 for 3 of us or BA have Ł2300 for sapphire falls.tried booking it separately and coming in more expensive.bearing in mind it's Easter do I book or will the price drop if they have any sales ?

Definitely book flights are coming in at Ł600 plus alone for Easter seems like a great price
