Any experiences of budget air

Hi

We have booked direct flights with Budget Air tonight for August.

Going out with Norwegian Air and coming back with Thomas Cook.

The whole process states that luggage was included, 2 pieces each on the way out with Norwegian plus hand luggage. Then 1 piece each up to 23kg and 1 hand luggage each on the way back.

The tickets have just been received and they state that the 2 adults have one piece of checked luggage each on the way out and back, the 2 kids have no checked luggage according to the tickets.

Ive just been onto my budget air account and that still states the luggage that it said during the booking process.

Has anyone had any dealings with them as obviously if the luggage isnt included then thats not what I bought.

The ticket also states that my partner is a Mrs, she isnt, she is a Miss. It did not ask me that at any point of the booking, is that a big deal or doesnt matter?

i booked some flights for this october

i havent had any issues and so have not had any reason to call them and test out their customer service but i'd call and ask if i were you

they have been great in keeping me informed of any time changes of my flights, very promptly in fact.

The best advise I can say is call the airline direct to find your answers first. Always best to go to the company than via a 3rd party if you can for answers. Norwegian have a great customer service.

The Mrs and Miss shouldnt make a difference, but the airline will confirm this.

You will also find buried in the small print on the Budget Air website is a few lines saying that it your responsibility to check with the airline for included baggage. All TA have this line somewhere, usually really hidden along with other wording thats really important.

I also thought that Norwegian had a 20kg allowance and children between 2-11 have the same as an adult.
