FairFx card advice

I have just renewed my card as it has expired. I also topped it up at the same time. However, it states it may take up to 4 weeks to arrive! We go in 3 weeks! From experience does it usually take this long to arrive? I am certain when I ordered it previously it arrived quickly. Currently in a panic!

My replacement card recently took a week to arrive so hopefully you will be fine.

Just in case you didn't realise - I didn't as I hadn't read the T&Cs properly. If you have a Friends and Family card that gets to it's expiry date, this will not be renewed - it ends and you have to apply for a new one.

The one for DW expired in February and I waited four weeks and nothing happened. At which point I checked the T&Cs and ordered a new card. Fortunately we don't go until early September.

No need to panic. Just contact them, tell them you're going in 3 weeks time and you need it by then.

Off the top of my head mine took about 10 days to arrive when I renewed - fingers crossed you'll be fine

I’ve just applied for a friends & family card on Friday and it arrived today.

Thanks everyone. I have phoned them and it should be here within a week. Topped it up today as the rate was $1.30. Not long until we go now!
