We've flown transatlantic with BA around 10 times with the kids when they were young. I never booked seats and we were always seated together. BA systems recognise the kids ages and seat you all together (unlike TUI who deliberately separate families to force you to book seats)

Ok so selecting seats, virgin or ba, what do they charge to select seats and can it be done if booking through someone like net flights.
My 11&6 year old won't like being split from us.

If you book Virgin Classic or Delight then the seats are free to select at time of purchase.

We are flying too on Thursday, the later flight, which has been delayed the last two day. Let’s hope it’s on time tomorrow.
