Linking Virgin holidays will call to mydisney app to book fast passes

Hi!

I have just received my documents from virgin holidays with my 14 day Disney ticket, it’s a Will Call voucher and it won’t link to the Disney app so I can book fast passes etc! How do I do this?

Any help is much appreciated!

From what I have heard you should be able to put your booking reference in and it should come up. Failing that you may need to phone Disney and they should be able to help you. X

You need to do it through the website, it won't work on the app. That's what I had to do with my will call tickets, although direct from Disney.

EDIT: it will then appear on the app and you can get your fastpasses
