Hi swv I have noticed on google earth and there is an airport but not sure about the flights we will be driving. What about picking a hire car up at Newark and driving down and staying over the night. I'm sure we looked the the train but it was quite expensive. I will fill you all in when I'm back.

I visited Philly when i was in NYC just over a week ago, it's a fantastic city, you will have a great time. It's also tax free shopping there too! Make sure you visit Macys, it's well impressive.

SWV - You can take the train to Atlantic City from Philly, it costs $8 one way using NJ Transit, and the journey time is around 1.5 hours. - njtransit
