Yes I was very spoilt!
We lived like kings whilst there, but back to living like mere peasants now was such an amazing experience.
Have a lovely time. Diamonds are really good value there too

Update Number 2

Sooo we finally have a bit of a plan for Dubai! Woohoo! And only 29 sleeps to go!

The plan is so far –

Sunday – arrive early morning after our flight from Manchester. The plan today is just quite chilled, spend some time at Wild Wadi waterpark and have a bit of a wander around the hotel and marina. Then head up the Burj Khalifa in the evening to watch the sunset

Monday – Today is afternoon tea day! So excited about this and we have actually booked this one!

Not sure what we will do in the morning, probably play in the sea or by the pool. And then head to the Burj Al Arab around lunchtime for our ‘Sky High Tea’ in the Skyview Bar

Berry Tart
Chef’s Carvery of the Day
Finger Sandwiches and Soft Buns
Home-Made Scones with Devonshire Clotted Cream and Home-Made Jams

As well as a HUGE selection of teas and coffees.
Think they might have to roll me out...

Tuesday – Early morning dune buggy! So excited to blast around the desert on a buggy! Then head back to the hotel for the afternoon and probably hit Wild Wadi again!

Wednesday – up bright and early to catch our flight to the Maldives! EEEEEP!

Still left to do –
Book tickets to Burj Khalifa
Book Dune Buggy.
Buy holiday clothes...

Eeeeek! its getting so close now! today is SDD!

feeling a little unorganised... although not sure what I need to do?!

We have booked our trip to the Burj Khalifa to watch the sunset and be all romantic and we will watch the fountains from up there too

I have started doing a little 'packing' - well getting a few bits out that I know I will be taking and putting them in a bag!

We have all brand new luggage - hubby got a little carried away with the recent offer at Tesco! So now we have a new hardshell case, softshell case, hand luggage case, hold all and wash bag!

They are all laid out nicely in the back room waiting to be filled with holiday clothes!

I have bought all our sun cream etc

Just went away to Liverpool at the weekend to see my friends and had a quick shop, so got a few maxi dresses and a couple of vest tops. All the summer stuff seems to have gone now though Going to do a quick online clothes order to get last few bits!
