Will VH get cross if I ring them to upgrade hotel

Thinking of upgrading our accomodation next January from a hotel to self catering

I did try to amend online but it won't let me and the number given says only to ring if within 21 days of departure

What is the best way of getting a quote ?

That's what they are at the end of the phone for. I'm guessing when ever answers the phone may be please to do something other than refunds.

Ring them and tweek your holiday as often as you wish.

I guess I just like to follow the rules and if they say not to ring I feel I shouldn’t

Well I have tried ringing them but as soon as I enter my booking reference number it cuts me off because its not within the 21 days

Do you know what number you used

I have tried a number and it keeps referring to Virgin Atlantic flights, not a VH package
