New rides 2021

So today we finally caved and cancelled our 2020 booking. We are looking at next year instead now.
I know there is a fair few rides under construction does anyone have any clues as to when these may be open?

We will plan around them if they will be in the correct time frame.

Thinking of Tron, Jurrasic coaster, Guardians of Galaxy, Ratatouille etc.

Not sure on Jurassic it will really depend on how far along it was when construction stopped.
Ratatouille will be the earliest & slated for early 2021, Tron late summer/fall - so expect a push for soft opening prior to 50th starting so perhaps late Aug/early Sept. Guardians late 2021 is predicted, so with the difference in description you would imagine that that means after Oct.
Disney are cutting $900 Million from their construction budget so some "lesser" projects are postponed or cut.

Jurassic is well on it's way they are rumouring latest summer 2021 but they think it will be sooner.
Tron and Guardians I am concerned as Disney stopped working on them during shutdown and have also removed budget.
I so want them to be open mainly guardians love Marvel.
Ratatouille is finished apparently they just need to decide when to open it.

The Jurrasic coaster's construction is really far along! Check out the youtube videos for it's progress. As far as I'm aware I don't think construction stopped fully during lockdown. Out of your list I would say Ratatouille and this will be open first. Tron was due to open for 50th anniversary (Oct 21) and GOTG sometime after this ... or so I am lead to believe. We are going August 2021 and do not expect Tron or GOTG to be opened by then

Agree my concern is tron and guardians.
Confident about the other two.
The Jurassic park coaster only has one piece if track to be fitted I believe and they have 75 people on site working in the themeing and buildings.

Tron has progressed fairly well during lockdown - they have started on the building to enclose the ride.

the jurassic ride will be spring next year most likely.

Guardians of the galaxy - Before 50th Anniversary

I believe Guardians of the galaxy is suppose to open for the 50th anniversary (or at least that was said before covid). I think some construction did pause for a little while, but there seems to be good progress with tron to. Jurassic park is pretty far along, I would expect it to be open probably spring next year.

Love to know how far along the Tron ride is. Is the track complete apart from the outside housing?

Basically yes, the track is complete. They are currently working on the support structure for the big canopies over the outside track and starting on the groundwork for the new walkways, and work on the loading/unloading station

Track on Tron is complete they are cladding the ride building and then have to complete the canopy for the outside section.
Then finish off the themeing inside and around the ride.
I don't think Disney will rush to complete until 50th anniversary.
Guardians seems to be the farthest behind.
Midway Mayhem and a few other youtubers like Tim Tracker etc.
Check them out regularly.
