Quick service dining plan - Be Our Guest

Hi! Sorry if this is a silly question, I’ve got the Quick service dining plan for 2019, everything I’ve seen says that Be Our Guest accepts QS for breakfast and lunch. I’m trying to book for November for breakfast, slots are coming up and it’s asking for card details and saying it doesn’t accept the Quick service plan.

I’m entering valid card details but it just keeps looping around and bringing me back to ask for card details again. Has anyone else had this or is it a problem with the quick service plan? Thanks!

I think on booking you have to provide card details even though you are going to use QS credits on the day - it’s just a guarantee, the card will only be charged if you don’t cancel in time. I booked last year on this basis and I didn’t have an issue with it looping so can’t help with that.

Edit - just a thought, is your card still valid through to the date you’re trying to book?

They’re both valid - I tried two different ones! I was using my phone so might try on desktop.

Use the website it's the only way to add a card the app never recognises it for me!

I was trying on the mobile version of the website. Will give it another go! It was just the error message about the quick service dining plan that concerned me.
