Mobile Parking charges at premium outlets

Can someone who’s been recently clarify what the new parking charges are for the Premium Outlets at International Drive and Vineland? Is it all parking spaces including the outdoor car park? And how do you pay? I’ve read on one trip adviser review you need an app? Any enlightenment would be so appreciated as I don’t fancy getting towed or a ticket!

Think they are a lot of free spaces, it looks like it’s the garage ones you pay for

We were at Premium outlets a couple of weeks ago. Seems there are a lot more reserved parking places than the past few years. There are however, still plenty of free parking specs. We try to get there just before or just after 10am and we never struggle for a free space.

You can get an app I think it’s called my park whereupon you can book available spaces for certain times. They are clearly marked.
Or you can get there early and park in the many free parking spaces

Whenever we visit either of the Premium Outlets we get there for opening time and there's loads of free parking available. You just enter the outlet near a different shop.
