It's in Universal Studios, quite fish based. We have always enjoyed it. Here is one my reviews from April.

We always eat in Margaritaville. A firm family favourite so much so that DD has requested this for her 21st Birthday Dinner next year!

Loving seeing the recommendations for Cowfish so will look into this for a second night.

Hard Rock Café always good in our experience, done that a couple of visits.
Last year we also went into Margaritaville, ostensibly for a swift pint/cocktail and some nachos on the walk back to RPR; ended up stopping for a full on meal and couple (few?) more drinks - great food and atmosphere (and better value than Hard Rock Café as well).

Margaritaville was great for the Clan McFluff. We didn't book but were seated within a few minutes and drinks and starters were brought quite quickly. We had some great burgers and of course we sampled a few margaritas too. Lovely food and great service. We ate quite late here but this meant that we could watch the live music as we had our deserts. (More cocktails for the grown ups and icecream for the children). We all enjoyed our food and the atmosphere here was really nice. Well worth a visit if the kids are ok with staying up a bit late.

Cowfish was another hit for us. We went here early evening on our first night in August this year. We all love sushi and we're also partial to a burger too. We didn't book a table here and took a table outside on the balcony. It was very hot but we were hungry and soon cooling down with some cocktails and sodas. We had a mixture of sushi and burgers which arrived at the table in good time and we were soon tucking in to some delicious sushi and burgers.

The service was good and the food was delicious. Deserts were good here too. Both of these restaurants were great and we intend to visit both again on our next trip.
