Lead Booker.

Does the lead booker for a Disney holiday have to go? Can the lead booker be changed?

Myself and 2 friends are going to Florida next September and we booked our 2 week holiday through Disney is June.

The problem is that our lead booker won't respond to our messages and hasn't for the past month. They are the only one without a passport and us two have been telling them to get a passport since June.

I really want to know if the lead booker can be changed because if it can't myself and my other friend may have to re-book an entire holiday for ourselves.

The lead booker can be changed usually, however it will need the following

1) the agreement of the company
2) and, the agreement of the new lead booker
3) and, the agreement of the current lead booker

I would contact Disney and explain the situation, see if they can help. I wouldn�t be going on holiday with someone who doesn�t respond to my messages so unless this person has a really good explanation I�d be trying my best to salvage this. It would be disappointing if you lost a deposit due to circumstances beyond your control.

If you are going next year then I guess there�s plenty of time to get a passport.
I�m assuming it�s a very good friend if you are going on holiday together. Can you maybe meet them in Person and discuss your concerns. Then you�ll have a clear plan.

Has your friend indicated they won't be going? Why are you concerned?

What's the reason to be lead booker?

Maybe they've just had a lot on the past couple of weeks and are not a planner.

There's plenty of time to get a passport. I'm wouldn't buy one so far out and lose over 12 months.

Without knowing more it sounds like you could be worrying over nothing.
