M & S have a Bra Size Calculator on their Lingerie page which might help but I'd suggest ordering a few different one's to try. You might find even trying a different style would help eg full cup rather than balcony where more "contained" depending on what you normally wear.

They use your true measurements rather than the silly way M&S do it!
Most people go down in back size but up in cup so would potentially need a 30d for instance if you were currently wearing 32b.
I used this site last time it was posted on the dibb. I now have bras that fit perfectly ( and they are not the size M&S recommended )

Sometimes the style means you have different size bras, sometimes even the colour in the same style means a different size is needed.

But after private breast surgery ( a non malignant huge growth ) and a recommended tomM&S bra fitting service I’ll meber go back to!just buying a bra be it one for just being round the house tohaving to be dresses to the 9s for a formal ocassion

hmm I would say go up to a 32C - it’s the cup size needs to increase, not the back size in that example

Personally I would (have done in the past) go up a cup size first. Unless of course if the band is too tight and digging in.

I think bravissimo will do video fittings - so you can do it with your ‘best fitting’ bra on and they assess what you need based on how you fit in the one you are wearing. They will also do web chats to give advice

I don’t think bravissimo stock bras in small sizes. Think they are the big boob specialist. They do some D cup stuff but it specialises in the big sizes that you can’t get mainstream. They go up to an L cup I believe
