Dicks stop selling firearms to U21

Dicks (US Chain) has announced that it will stop selling firearms to U21 along with a host of other measures:

1. No longer sell assault-style rifles
2. No longer sell High-capacity magazines
3. No longer sell firearms to anyone under 21 regardless of local laws

I personally believe that this is good news from Dicks & it clearly shows that they are not bothered about there bottom line and would rather make a stance!

I didn't even think they did sell them to the under 21s, they can't buy alcohol but they can buy a gun! It doesn't take away from the fact though that they could always take Mums/Dads/oder siblings gun and use it.

Any steps in the right direction should be appreciated. But sadly I feel with the US now any measures are pretty much a case of ‘after the horse has bolted’. And it will be many years before they see the benefits

Selling legal guns to Under 25s is not an issue.
Its the Illegal guns in the hands of the gangs that is the major issue.

yet again, penalise the citizens who are law abiding whilst giving the illegals and gangs more chance not to be in trouble when doing a home invasion.
