Mobile Groupon US

How safe is it to buy things from groupon? I’ve seen quite a few deals for places we’d like to visit and see.

Also anyone know how you use groupon. It’s not something I’ve done before. It’s just people on here have mentioned it.

We've used about half a dozen without issue from crazy golf to discounts in restaurants.

Easiest way to pay is via PayPal (some don't like UK address/postcode).

Also check the validity of the voucher before buying (some are time limited so you have to buy nearer the time).

Don’t think I have a paypal but my husband might.

Yes I’ve seen some that say use in 90 days etc

Just always wary. Don’t want to get duped

You'll be fine - I've used them loads, especially for Cici's Pizza etc. They sometimes do invite only ones which are really good. I've got a no expiry on Dunkin Donuts and I've also got an AMC cinema voucher to use.

I use groupon a lot for 'things to do in Florida' if you can't pay by Paypal then when you use your credit card and it asks for your zip code it won't accept a UK zip code then use the one you are staying at in Florida i.e. hotel or villa.

I haven’t used mine yet but so far I have been really impressed with US Groupon.
Bought 2 groupons last year for our trip to Miami - Big Bus and a boat cruise. Had to cancel the holiday as my Dad died suddenly 4 days before we were due to go. Rebooked the holiday for this Easter.
Contacted Groupon Last month who (after getting confirmation from the two companies involved) were happy to change my missed tickets back to “groupon bucks” so I could rebuy the deals.
Bought the bus deal first. Then Groupon emailed me offering 20% off my next deal. Bought the boat trip with this discount at less than I paid last year. Received another email with 30% off next deal, bought a $60 food/drink restaurant deal with this offer, my spare bucks and £12 extra cash. Received another discount but didn’t want anything else.
Very happy as honestly thought last year’s money would be a write off. Just need to use them this Easter, so hope they are fine.
