Anyone work for TalkTalk? FTTP availability question

Fibre to the premises has just become available for my address. Openreach availability checker confirms it's now available for my address and it's available for purchase on some provider websites like Sky, Vodafone, EE etc.

TalkTalk website isn't updated for the address yet. I'm wondering how often the data feeds from Openreach and into the TalkTalk website/systems? Calling them also yielded the response that it's not available at the address provided.

Anyone able to help?

Other than suggesting its a good time to look to swap to a better ISP if you are nearing the end or out of contract, I can't answer the question on how long their systems take to update.

The Openreach API feed is available to all at the same time, so its not their end.

Its a talk talk availability thing, they are only selling a handful of FTTP.
Think they plan to go live with greater volume early next year so you’ll need to either switch provider or wait till next year I’m afraid .

My FTTP locally went active two weeks ago. I jumped and was installed on Tuesday with BT. If you are out of contact and can move then BT do have a very good Black Friday deal until midnight.

Fibre 150 at £32.99 a month intead of £39.99. Also first 3 months free. Other advantage is you get UK support telephone. I really hated when I had issues with Talk Talk as they stuck to a script which I was usually three steps ahead of checking.
