Alamo do offer and guarantee an 8 seater SUV but they removed the prices from the online systems a couple of years ago. We do have access to them through our offline system however they are typically very expensive.

We booked an eight seater (through Andy!) in November 2019.

It was considerably more expensive than the seven seaters.

Our family trip consisted of four people for the first week and then an extra four for the second. But we had told many lies and the first group thought only an extra three were coming.

Imagine the scene when my brother (who knew we NEEDED 8) said they were fobbing off our dad with a 7 seater - which he thought would be fine - and me on the phone in the U.K. at 1am trying to invent reasons why they needed to wait for the 8 😕
