Sanaa-Question about bread service!

Even though we're on Dining Plan, that sounds like an idea as well! Would be happy to pay OOP for just the bread and maybe a side.

We're on the QSDP but was planning a visit to AKL and thought we had to try this. I was going to book a table at Sanaa, but the lounge gives us even more flexibility and it feels like there would be no pressure to order more than we actually want to 'justify' the table reservation.

We had the bread service in October, thank god the kids were with us to help eat it as there was no way we would have managed it on our own plus having a main meal aswell! It was lovely though!

We had the bread service with cocktails between myself, DH and DS (DS did not have a cocktail!) We did order extra naan but this was our late lunch, not an appetiser prior to main meals. Honestly it was delicious but filling!

We paid OOP for the bread service, then used the DDP for our mains and dessert. We were stuffed after mains so got our dessert boxed up to go (the candy bar) and it was still amazing the next day. 👍

We also ate in the lounge. It’s not very big but they have a long table that more than one party can share.

It is pretty huge in terms of portion size, OH and I gave it a valiant try but didn't manage to finish it. If we hadn't had main courses arriving we probably would have, but then not eaten anything else.

It is really, really, good!
