TUI Cancellations until end of November

Mine was an online booking but they couldn't deal with it on the 0203 number because I had paid with 3 different cards so it counted as a store booking. I had to deal with the Stockton team which is 02034512566. Don't press the button for after July departure though because they just tell you to wait for them to contact you. I think I pressed option 2 for bookings before July and got through and they dealt with me. Worth a try?

I rang the 0203 451 2868 this morning for our store booking, was told that if she did it then I wouldn't get a refund for 28 days, so have been put on the call list for a phone call to get a quicker refund? No idea how other people got theirs on their phone calls.

Got my call from Tui this morning for my 12th September Florida holiday.
Told them I wanted the refund as not confident in booking anything else at the moment.
She said money back in the account in up to 28 days.
Just need to sort Radisson Blu at Manchester and Holiday Extras for parking.

Has anyone tried to cancel their Disney booking since all this? We originally confirmed their email as were still hoping to go at that time.

My husband phoned Tui this morning and was told that they'd already cancelled our flight only booking for September and we had to wait for an email.

We had planned on rebooking and I thought they were supposed to phone first to see what we wanted to do.

Has anyone else had this?

You will be sent a credit note you can use to rebook.

I got the phone call today, told the refund will take up to 5 days.

We were told the 2nd time we phoned, that they'd already refunded it back to the card we paid on.

Also told that only package holidays got the 10% discount and not flight only (which I originally expected), but thought some here had rebooked a flight only booking and had the 10% off.

Tui tried ringing me today (twice) I missed the calls due to working. Flight only, booked through local shop. Email said flight cancelled, they have processed a cheque which they are sending to my home address. Tried replying to email to ask how long this would take, automatic reply saying this is and outward email service only and won’t be read or replied to. Will have to wait and see when cheque arrives.
