Nah, I wouldn't book a flight and accept that it may increase in price nearer the time so I wouldn't do it with a villa either.

I would have walked away too. As others said the price would have likely increased as written in contract.

Hope you find somewhere better. There are some great Dibb villas.

Hi we moved our Dibb villa booking from this year to next year and the owners have been brilliant, especially given this is the second time we have moved our booking there is only a very small increase in the rental price for 2022 (£15/week). 100% would not book a villa with a potential % increase after deposit paid and agreement made !

It is compared to A LOT of quotes we’ve had for sure.

But I’m not after a bargain, I’ll pay a good price for a good villa.

Last June I emailed the rental company on AMI that we had booked a house with for October and simply asked if they knew what the situation was due to Covid. I got a reply within 24 hours asking if I wanted a full refund of our deposit, which we got within a week. Great service and we will book with them in future. People will remember who looked after their customers and who didn’t.
