Thanks. They seem to be for Disney execs rather than the general passholder email. Unless I’ve missed it?

Ahh sorry I misunderstood, I thought you'd try the passholder already!

Hope someone else has the general passholder line - I've just checked through my email and can't find anywhere now

I was initially offered a 'pause and extension' of my AP's which were due to expire August 2020. We had trips planned for Feb 21 and August 21. Disney had said they'd reactivate our AP's in Feb and extend the expiry to cover our August trip which was great at the time. Now our Feb trip has been cancelled, we're not getting the value we expected so I replied to the initial email asking if they'd apply a refund backdated to park closure and original expiry. Had a reply yesterday confirming that this was fine and they're processing the refund back to my credit card used to upgrade. Didn't even need to copy in Bob Chapek either. They are willing to backdate the refunds, suppose it may depend on who you get on the phone or who picks up your email (fer reference, my emails replies came from Gabe).

Just to update everyone!

I emailed the CEOs in January and explained my situation, how I upgraded during my first 14 day ticket and have tried to come back 3 times since. I explained that I had a trip booked for August and asked what they were doing for UK passholders.

I finally got a reply to that email this week - a month later! They asked if they could call to discuss and asked me to reply with a time and phone number for them to call me.

I've just had that call, from the same agent who had emailed me, a guest care specialist on the executive sensitive AP team. He was brilliant and understanding, he accepted my personal choices and had obviously out thought into what he was going to say before calling me. He acknowledged my upcoming trip in August and offered to extend my pass to cover that trip, but then explained that if that trip was also cancelled they wouldn't be able to extend any further and wouldn't be able to go for option B.

Option B was a full refund of everything I had paid for my upgrade, so back dated all the way to October 2019 not just when the parks closed, as they understood I hadn't used it at all since my original 14 day ticket ran out. I went for the refund option, if we're lucky enough to travel in August I already have another 14 day ticket as part of my package and we could look to upgrade again if APs are back on sale by then. This way I've got my money back but also had the benefit of the annual pass for the two weeks I was there in 2019!

If anyone else kept their pass open thinking they would have been there by now I highly recommend using the emails provided earlier in this post and be polite and honest with them. Most of all, be patient. It's taken some time and I thought I had been forgotten about but I feel much better now that it's sorted by someone who understood what I was saying and why!
