Seems a bit early to be pricing up October 2021.
But wondering how did you get a price of £17k if a villa is £2k? |

I have been having a look at villa’s too... I will be celebrating the same birthday as Disney that year 😱😱 and I really want a family trip again... I’ve dropped loads of hints to my son and his Girlfriend and I was hoping that my friend and Dibb buddy Deanne would be coming too with her family... but it’s not looking likely as at the moment our dates don’t work out ☹️
But son and gf are on board yippee! I haven’t looked at Storey Lakes but I will... I’ve mainly been looking at Formosa Gardens area...Sunset Lakes, Emerald Island etc. My son did contact one villa owner to get an idea of price and I was pleasantly surprised with the quote we got... only looking at 10 days villa so would like to get one for around £1500... but we are quite fussy haha! I love planning and research 😃😃

Villa prices vary by huge amounts so take the time to have a good look around. Especially as you have so much time and will have a lot of choice this far out!

We are planning August 2021. Both times with our children we’ve done a villa and they really vary in price depending on the area you want to be in. We stayed at a emerald Island brilliant base for Disney and the 192 restaurants, Walmart 5 minutes away. I’d like 5 nights onsite first but my now 11 and 8 year old won’t have it! Love the parks but aren’t interested in a Disney hotel. Not that it really answers your question. It’s a long way off to look at Flights prices unless you are doing a package? I do have a look at this years for a rough idea. Have quite a few airmiles but may not use them and fly BA into Tampa. Might be worth looking at that as it’s so much cheaper if you still want a direct flight.

We are also going in 2021 and have started getting rough prices for Aug... We have booked the villas already in Emerald Island. There's a few of us, 8 adults and 6 kids although 1 of the kids will be classed as an adult!

£6k spending money is a lot unless you are planning to hit the shops a lot lol
We have booked our villa for 2021, we have paid £2400 for 3 weeks at the sanctuary west haven (4 bed villa) we have stayed in this area before and really like it. We are a family of five (4 classed as adults and one child) and doing Disney, universal & seaworld costs around £15k That’s with an upgraded larger car because my husband loves driving over there lol |
