SMOL anyone?
Since the grandchildren came to live with us my washing machine is on at least once a day. I ran out of my usual Fairy, which I have been using as DGS has very sensitive skin and my neighbour suggested I try some of her SMOL to tide me over. She swears by it but I have never heard of it before.

I’ve been using it for about a year, the non-bio washing tabs and the dishwasher tabs. They’re brilliant, at least as good as the well-known brands.

I don't use it but have seen the adverts. I think it's dear!

Do you use conditioner with the washing machine tabs?
Didn't realise they also did washing machine tabs

It’s £3.85 for 24 capsules delivered to your door. It’s not dear at all! Just checked Tesco and their own brand non-bio capsules are £5 for 36.
It might be dear compared to powder or liquid, but that’s comparing apples and oranges.

Only with bedding. I used to use fabric softener but I was getting lots of itchiness, which stopped when I stopped the fabric softener. I didn’t notice any change in how clothes or towels felt, which makes me think it’s all a big con. I like my bedding to smell nice though.

It’s definitely worth the free trial. They also don’t test on animals, whereas the parent companies of most of the big detergent brands do.

That's why I won't use tablets for washing. I want to decide how much powder I put in. Usually use half what they want you to use. I buy dishwasher tablets Fairy or Finish when on offer and don't pay more than 10p a tablet so I still says it's dear.

Check out Splosh products. Delivered to your door, refillable bottles so you just buy the pouches. They do laundry liquid, softener, stain remover, washing up liquid, shower gel, hand wash...
We received some as a housewarming present and love them.
