What company has the best cancellation policy?

Morning all

Looking for a week at a universal hotel september 2021.

After this awful year does anyone have any recommendations on who to book with?

If we have a repeat of anything next year would like to covered.

I booked directly, they take a one night deposit, but it was fully refundable and I had no issues at all.

I had booked with Expedia this year as it was the best rate ( Quidco cashback helped) that I found. I wanted good cancellation terms in case we got a good annual pass rate nearer the time. It had the same terms as Direct and they refunded us really quickly when it was cancelled.

We’ve booked direct before with annual pass rates and they are great for cancellation terms and reasonably quick to return your deposit too.
