Virgin upper class- what’s a good price and how does it compare to BA Club?
As per the title really 😃
I’m looking for flights for next August, 7th-28th for 2 ad 1 ch. Currently £5025 for Virgin upper class. Is that a good price? We have BA club booked for Easter for a great price of £3500 but not expecting that to go ahead. BA want £6900 for club in August. It’s years since we last flew with Virgin, and we’ve only been in economy with them so I’m interested in the differences. |

There are lots of vlogs on YouTube showing Virgin Upper Class. We are booked UC for the first time in Aug 21 and have watched lots of these to see what we are getting. Can’t comment on the BA offering but I imagine there will be YouTube videos about that as well.

Around £1700 per person isn't at all bad for August, usually (pre-covid times), the only way to beat that would be to go via Dublin.
I've flown VS UC many times but never bothered with BA as we prefer to go direct from MAN to MCO. Seats were comfy, bed mode was OK, food pretty good and the cabin crews excellent. |

I flew Virgin UC to NY in March this year. It was incredible. Did the drive in check in without having to go into the terminal building. From there straight to the lounge for a relax, drink and food. On board the attention to detail was something else.
I would definitely recommend it and definitely do it again. |

Don't forget that if you are thinking of travelling from Heathrow that VS are at the moment using LHR T2 and they don't have a Clubhouse and extra facilities - there is at present no opening date for T3.

Our limit for business class is £1500 (any airline). We have used Virgin UC many times and always paid less than this.
We have just paid £1200 on AA for October (and these have dropped a few pounds since). |

I think UC is slightly better than Club but only slightly. BA First is amazing and better than VS UC. Often First is only a couple of hundred more than Club, if that’s the case, book First.
